Develop Model Management was founded in 2012 by Alyssa Dilts and has grown into the Midwest’s leading modeling and talent agency. With a strong foundation in development and placement, Develop has successfully placed models with top agencies worldwide, including New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, London, Paris, Milan, Australia, and across Europe and Asia.
Our models have worked with leading global brands and publications including Urban Outfitters, Alexander McQueen, Marc Jacobs, Proenza Schouler, Hugo Boss, Glossier, Maybelline, Kohl’s, Wrangler, Dillard’s, Converse, Harper’s Bazaar, Nylon Magazine, and more.
At its core, Develop is a development-driven agency — focused on building lasting careers.
In 2015, the agency expanded to include Develop Talent Management, representing actors, voice talent, and a network of creatives including stylists, artists, and photographers, allowing us to better serve both our talent and our clients at a local and national level.
In 2026 a major addition was added to the team, senior booking agent Stephen Hall. Combining over a decade of Midwest development with decades of experience at the highest levels of the industry in Chicago and New York. Together, the agency continues to bridge regional talent with national and global opportunities.

Alyssa Dilts
Owner & Director
Alyssa Dilts began her career in the modeling industry in 2001 at Nancy Bounds Studios and quickly developed a deep interest for scouting, development, and education. She went on to work with Elite Model Management in Chicago, where she focused on discovering and developing new talent.
In 2012, Alyssa returned to her hometown of Omaha to found Develop Model Management, with a vision to build a professional, development-focused agency in the Midwest. Since opening, she has grown Develop into a respected agency with national and international placement success, while remaining deeply committed to building strong, lasting relationships within the industry.
Alyssa is the co-founder of Omaha Fashion Camp, where she helps mentor and inspire young creatives exploring the fashion industry.
Known for her hands-on approach and strong eye for talent, Alyssa continues to lead Develop with a focus on long-term development, industry connection, and creating meaningful opportunities for the next generation of models and those interested in the fashion industry.

Stephen Hall
Senior Booking Agent
Stephen Hall, originally from Nebraska, whose connection to fashion began early — growing up, magazines were his window into a much bigger world, sparking a curiosity that would eventually shape his career. That perspective led to a 29-year career in Chicago and New York, where he built long-standing relationships with agencies and clients across both fashion and commercial industries.
Now back in Omaha to be closer to family and longtime friends, Stephen joins Develop at a meaningful moment — bringing his experience, eye, and industry relationships to a new generation of Midwest talent. He looks forward to continuing to build those connections while helping expand opportunities for models coming out of this market.
